Surveying alignment of the new definition of creativity with scholars definitions

Abstract

The definition of creativity that has been provided, what the concept is not clearly understood. But they can be downloaded from the creation of the intangible concept that is related to the functioning of the human mind. The complexity of defining the concept of creativity is why the human mind is intangible, it is necessary to define precisely. In this research authors of studies and research in this field have an innovative model called systems thinking model are presented. And the model name is called RJ systems thinking. RJ systems thinking model The idea of this model is considered as an open system. All material and non-material form of what is involved in human thought as parts of the system are considered. And the systems as a whole with all its parts are in contact with their surroundings. The system consists of two parts of a computer system hardware and software. The hardware part of the brain thought to be involved in all parts of the material involved and the various software functions and capabilities of the system.

Surveying and investigation the effect of knowledge management orientation on organizational performance

Abstract

This article was aimed to analysis the effect of knowledge management orientation and organizational performance. In order to collecting data the questionnaire had been used. These questioners were distributed between 96 members at the ERISH  KHODRO Company. In order to analyzing data and concluding results, Lizrell used and then Pearson correlation used. Also our research was based on structural equation model. The result indicated that there was positive significant relationship between knowledge management orientation and organizational performance (0.674). Also there was positive significant relationship between each dimension of knowledge management orientation and organizational performance.  The findings show that knowledge management orientation is a basic factor in organizational performance and confirming the main hypothesis of this study also represents the existence of a positive and meaningful relation between knowledge management orientation and organizational performance. Furthermore, the results show that considering this kind of knowledge management especially in ERISH KHODRO Company which has a high ethnic and cultural variety could be very useful for improve organizational performance.

در دهه گذشته میلادی ما شاهد تغییرات شگرفی در حوزه رسانه بودیم. شرکت های بزرگ رسانه ای که تحت مالکیت خصوصی قرار دارند تنها به دنبال توزیع و انتقال محتوا در تمام لایه ها و بستر های مختلف اجتماعی هستند. مخاطبان همواره به دنبال منابع متعددی هستند و آنها به مشارکت فعال خود در زمینه استفاده از رسانه ها بیش از گذشته ادامه می دهند. تعداد مخاطبان انلاین همانند بالن در حال اوج گرفتن است و پدیده ای نظیر دستیابی به اطلاعات از طریق موبایل با استفاده از خدمات اینترنتی نیز آن را تسریع نموده است.

افزایش طبیعی گسستگی اطلاعات و گسترش ارتباطات دیجیتال ، شبکه های اجتماعی و تبلیغات آنلاین و بازاریابی شتاب بخش در این صنعت منجر به دسترسی مشگل مخاطبان به اهداف مورد نظرشان می شود. فعالیت در این محیط غیر قابل پیش بینی و با عدم قطعیت بالا توسط سه شرکت یونیلور، ای اس پی ان و مایندشر جهت درک آینده صنعت رسانه در محیط امروزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تمام کسانی که در حوزه آینده رسانه (2015) فعالیت می کنند به سه سوال زیر باید پاسخ بدهند:
